Here is a cool graphic. Dr. Nesbit described the Scratch Golfer’s driver swing in his papers. Here I superimposed that swing over top a current tour player’s 6 iron. The scratch player in Dr Nesbit’s paper had negative applied alpha torque at time impact and the tour player hitting the 6 iron had positive. You can clearly see in the superimposed image that the golf club was experiencing different inputs from the golfer. The Jacobs 3D analysis can clearly differentiate from every input and we are supplying the “truth” of what is happening.
